Thank you for visiting my online store. I hope you enjoy your visit. Feel free to browse around. Who knows you may find something you just can't live without.
All of the items listed are unique handcrafted items. Currently there is only one item available for each product listed (For Larger orders please see information on Special Orders). I will try to keep the listing as current as possible. So items will be added and deleted on a regular basis. If I goof up and forget to take something off-line that you really wanted, I will e-mail you and we'll work something out. I want you to be fully satisfied with your online shopping experience at Christina's Creation. All products have been made in a smoke free environment. I have a dog, but she's not allowed in my craft room. To help that happen, these are my store policies.

Special Orders/Multiple/
Duplicate Orders
Each item in the store has been handcrafted by me. There are limited amounts of stock on hand. I haven't mass-produced my products, so there is only one of each design available. If you would like to purchase multiple items with the same design, please contact me and I will be more than happy to make a special order for you. There is no additional charges for special orders...you just have to give me more time to put it together.
If you see anything on the entire website that you like, you can contact me and I can re-create most of the items and personalize them to meet your needs...all you have to do is ask.
SPECIAL ORDER PROCESS:
1. Contact me and to make a special order. 2. Throughout the website there are links that say contact me, click on one. Then you can send me an e-mail of what you want.
3. Based on that e-mail I'll make a sample item, give you a price quote, and send you pictures to you via e-mail.
4. If you like the sample pictures and the price, let me know and I'll start your order.
5. I'll e-mail you any questions I might have and let you know how the project is going.
6. I'll e-mail you when the order is completed along with finished product picture.
7. I'll send you an invoice from Paypal and when I get confirmation that payment has been recieved, I will mail out the order ASAP.
8. I'll e-mail you a notice the day I shipped items.
If you don't like the sample item, no worries, there's no obligation to buy it, it will just become part of my inventory (with the exception of items that have been overtly personalized with names, monograms and/or items with personal pictures on them...ex. photo quilts because I couldn't re-sell them if I tried). At this point I could either make a different sample, or you can just walk away no questions asked.
Please allow 3-4 weeks notice for deliveries on special orders. Most of the time I can get it done in a week or less, but life happens. I will do my best to get it to you before you need it, but no guarantees. Shippping/
Handling
Currently I am using the first class flat rate postal services. So there is a flat rate fee of $4.95 for shipping and handling for all packages. I try to do as much combined shipping rates as possible. I also get delivery confirmation for all packages shipped. I realize $4.95 is a lot for a single card, so I will ship single cards out for $1.00 within the US.
The packages will be shipped out once payments are recieved. You should get your order within 7-10 days. For special orders, it may take more time because I have to make the order before I can ship it out. I will be in contact with you via e-mail to let you know the status of your order and try to get it out to you in a timely manner.
Payment Policies
I accept Paypal or money orders only. Sorry no checks.
Items will be shipped when payments are recieved.
Returns/Refunds
Sorry no refunds/returns available. Not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
